Business Development Manager – France

As Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint in France. You’ll connect with operators and the commercial real-estate and industry 4.0 sector, unlock new opportunities, and position NGIS as the go-to partner for indoor mobile coverage and private 5G. About the role
In this role, you will drive growth by shaping commercial strategies and building high-impact partnerships that accelerate wireless connectivity and smart building innovation across telecom, real estate, and industrial sectors.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute commercial strategies targeting telecom operators, TowerCos, and real estate decision-makers.
- Expand partnerships with mobile operators and TowerCos for the deployment of DAS and small cell solutions.
- Lead private 5G network projects for industrial and logistics companies.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with property owners, investors, and property managers.
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to contract signing, including public and private tenders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored connectivity solutions.
- Coordinate with certified partners and national operators for seamless solution deployment.
- Drive smart building initiatives and support the digitalization of workspaces.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and events to strengthen market presence.
- Support clients in their digital transformation through innovative wireless connectivity solutions.
What you bring
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive in complex, fast-moving environments.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record in telecom infrastructure or technical solutions.
- Proven success in complex sales cycles, including public/private tenders and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Ability to build trust and close high-value deals with operators, enterprises, and real estate decision-makers.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of mobile technologies (2G–5G) is a plus.
