Project Manager – Zaventem
Shape the future of indoor connectivity with NGIS
At NGIS, a Telenco Group Company, we’re not just building wireless networks, we’re making connectivity available where it matters most. As a Project Manager in our InBuilding Solutions team, you’ll take full ownership of wireless infrastructure projects across Belgium and beyond. If you’re passionate about driving results, leading teams and making a tangible impact, this is your opportunity to move with us.
Your mission
As a Project Manager at NGIS, you will manage a substantial portfolio of wireless coverage projects in private and public buildings. The projects may be complex, but the key challenge is also their volume: you will coordinate many projects simultaneously, each at a different stage, from initial intake and planning through execution, validation and closure. Your mission is to maintain a clear overview and ensure delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
You’ll take full ownership of every project phase, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors and clients. Strong organisation, prioritisation and the ability to switch efficiently between projects are essential to keep each project moving forward.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end project: Oversee all phases of wireless infrastructure deployment projects from client intake and planning to construction, integration, validation and client acceptance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously: Coordinate a high volume of projects running in parallel and at different stages of delivery. Set priorities, maintain a clear overview of deadlines and dependencies, and switch effectively between projects as needs evolve.
- Define project scope & objectives: Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria.
- Develop & manage project plans: Create comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation and communication plans.
- Resource management: Effectively allocate and manage project resources (people in-house as well as subcontractors, budget, equipment) to optimize efficiency and achieve project objectives.
- Risk management: Identify, assess and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure smooth project progression.
- Stakeholder communication: Maintain regular and transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing timely updates on project status, risks and progress.
- Team leadership & mentorship: Lead, motivate and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Budget management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to approved spending.
- Quality assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Continuous improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within project management methodologies.
- Problem solving: Proactively identify and resolve project issues, adapting to changing circumstances and finding creative solutions.
What you bring
- 4+ years of experience managing multiple projects in a technical/construction environment (no IT/website project management).
- A structured and pragmatic approach to project management, with a solid understanding of project management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Odoo).
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience (Bachelor mandatory).

To succeed in this role, you must have experience as a Project Manager delivering technical solutions within the construction industry. This hands-on background is key to navigating the complexity of our projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Bonus points if you have
