We’re looking for young graduates ready to take responsibility and grow into independent RF engineers. You’ll be part of a team working on high-impact indoor coverage projects across Belgium, with access to unique sites and technologies.

What you’ll do

You’ll support indoor wireless projects from start to finish — from technical studies to on-site commissioning.
Your tasks will include:

  • Designing DAS, A-DAS and Small Cell solutions
  • Conducting RF surveys and simulations (iBwave)
  • Drafting test plans and supporting technical proposals
  • Overseeing project execution and system optimisation

What you’ll bring

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics or ICT
  • Curiosity, proactivity and a hands-on mindset
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch or French, and English
  • A valid driver’s licence

You’ll start with up to 12 months of on-the-job training, working alongside experienced engineers. You’ll quickly take ownership of smaller projects and grow into more complex ones — from shopping malls to metro tunnels.
