Business Development Manager – Madrid

As Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint in Spain. You’ll connect with operators, unlock new opportunities, and position NGIS as the go-to partner for indoor mobile coverage and private 5G. Your mission

As Senior Business Development Manager, your mission is to drive NGIS’s commercial growth in Spain by developing new business with mobile operators and infrastructure providers. You will identify and shape opportunities in indoor mobile coverage and private 5G, engage with key decision-makers and position NGIS as a strategic partner in wireless transformation.

Your role will be key in establishing NGIS’s presence in the Spanish telecom ecosystem and creating long-term value through meaningful partnerships and strategic insight.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute business development strategies
  • Identify DAS and small cell opportunities with network teams
  • Promote private 5G to enterprise-focused operators
  • Lead full sales cycles with internal coordination
  • Build partnerships with operators and infrastructure providers

What you bring

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in telecom infrastructure or operator solutions
  • Strong network within MNOs, MVNOs, or TowerCos
  • Solid understanding of the mobile connectivity ecosystem (2G–5G)
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus
  • Autonomous, results-driven, and solution-oriented
