Your Mission

As a Project Manager at NGIS, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closure of complex projects related to wireless coverage solutions in private and public buildings. Your mission is to ensure these projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll take full ownership of each project phase—from initial client intake to final delivery—working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive results and deliver seamless, high-performance connectivity solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead End-to-End Project: Oversee all phases of wireless infrastructure deployment projects from client intake and planning to construction, integration, validation, and client acceptance.
  • Define Project Scope & Objectives: Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop & Manage Project Plans: Create comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation and communication plans.
  • Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage project resources (people in-house as well as subcontractors, budget, equipment) to optimize efficiency and achieve project objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular and transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing timely updates on project status, risks, and progress.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to approved spending.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within project management methodologies.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve project issues, adapting to changing circumstances and finding creative solutions.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience managing projects in a technical/construction environment (no IT projects).
  • Strong command of project management methodologies (Prince2, PME, etc.).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Odoo).
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience (Bachelor mandatory).
  • Native speaker French or Dutch, fluent in the other national language, and professional English.
  • Valid driver’s license.

This is essential:

  • To succeed in this role, you must have experience as a Project Manager delivering technical solutions within the construction industry. This hands-on background is key to navigating the complexity of our projects with confidence and clarity.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with wireless technologies (DAS, small cells, 5G).
