We’re expanding our engineering team in Zaventem with an RF Telecommunications Engineer who will work on customized wireless projects across Belgium, France, and Luxembourg. You’ll collaborate with Tier 1 mobile operators, TowerCos, property owners, and Industry 4.0 partners to deliver high-performance indoor coverage solutions.

The Position

Are you someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges? Do you get energy from designing wireless networks that perform flawlessly in the most demanding environments? Then you might be the RF Telecommunications Engineer we’re looking for to join our team in Zaventem.

You’ll take ownership of DAS network projects from beginning to end. This includes conducting technical studies, running simulations, managing commissioning, and optimizing system performance. You’ll work closely with clients and mobile operators to deliver tailored indoor coverage solutions that meet the highest standards.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing and conducting RF studies for DAS, A-DAS, and Small Cell systems
  • Performing site surveys to assess coverage and capacity needs
  • Running RF simulations using iBwave
  • Drafting and executing test plans and protocols
  • Supporting pre-sales activities such as responding to RFPs and RFIs
  • Contributing to technical costing and monitoring project progress
  • Overseeing commissioning and system optimization
  • Staying up to date with industry trends in indoor RF technologies

Your Profile

You’re driven by technology and customer satisfaction, with a strong ability to understand client needs and deliver innovative RF solutions.

You bring:

  • Fluency in Dutch and French, with professional English
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Experience in RF Inbuilding design and optimization
  • Strong grasp of RF theory and circuit design
  • Proficiency with simulation tools such as iBwave or Ranplan
  • Familiarity with RF test equipment including spectrum and network analyzers
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
