As operational excellence is at the heart of everything we do, we are expanding our Indoor connectivity team with a Site Manager who will define the technical organisation of the sites and ensure flawless communication between all parties.

The position

The Site Manager (M/F) holds a key position responsible for overseeing the installation and implementation of our Indoor connectivity solutions. The site manager is the interface between our teams, our partners and the clients.

In collaboration with the project manager, you will determine the technical organisation of the site.

  • You will serve as the point of contact for our teams, our partners and our clients.
  • Thanks to your thorough preparation, you will be able to follow site meetings smoothly and efficiently.
  • You will manage the files (specifications, bill of quantities, and plans) that our engineers provide you with.
  • You will closely monitor the planning and quality of the work carried out on site and you will implement improvements where needed.
  • You will be responsible for following up and preparing progress reports and invoices.
  • You will have the opportunity to visit places that you would never normally be able to go.

Your profile

In addition to a healthy dose of enthusiasm, you possess the following qualities:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Passion for telecom network implementation or related, solving technical issues and “life on site”
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and an interest in (Indoor) site construction
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Fluent Dutch, with a good basis in French & English or fluent French with a good basis in Dutch & English
  • Previous experience in telecommunications or related field is a plus
